Kyle Shaver is a detail-oriented, self-motivated individual with certifications as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect Associate (CSA) & Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE). He possesses extensive expertise in Microsoft operating systems, back-office products, and strong leadership and management skills.

His strengths lie in various aspects of network infrastructure such as Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, firewalls, etc. He is proficient in all Microsoft Windows operating systems, Exchange versions, Lync, Linux, network design, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer relations.

Kyle has designed and implemented networks and email systems for both large corporations and small businesses across diverse industries including aerospace, finance, high-tech, e-commerce, and small business sectors.
