Becky Michelson is a dedicated professional with a background in research, project management, and partnerships focused on driving innovation in healthcare and democracy.
With experience in diverse sectors, Becky has led projects such as hackathons for reproductive health, games for public engagement, and journey maps for healthcare technologies, all with a strong emphasis on empathy.
Currently pursuing a degree in human-computer interaction at the University of Washington, Seattle, Becky's expertise lies in human-centered design and engineering.
Her prior roles include positions such as Graduate Research Assistant at University of Washington, UX Researcher at Facebook, Design Researcher at Foundation Medicine, and Strategic Partnerships Lead at Make the Breast Pump Not Suck, among others.
Becky has also contributed as a Design Researcher and Research Consultant at Engagement Lab @ Emerson College and held program assistant positions at UCSF and Advancing New Standards in Reproductive Health (ANSIRH) on a contract basis.
