Shikha Srinivas

Shikha Srinivas is a passionate individual with a keen interest in integrating innovation and human-centered design into sustainability, urban design, and engineering solutions.

Shikha holds a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, focusing on Sustainable Design and Construction with a track in Sustainable Urban Systems, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering, specializing in Environmental Systems Engineering with an Urban Focus, both from Stanford University.

Shikha completed her high school education at Stockdale High School.

Her professional journey includes roles such as a Community Resilience Data Intern at Re:Public, a Schneider Fellow at U.S. Green Building Council, a Research Fellow & Project Manager at New Story, Residential Assistant at Stanford University, Stanford in Government Fellow at the United States Air Force's Office of the Director of Civil Engineers, Consulting Intern at Opinno, Administrative Intern at Aarti for Girls, and Legislative Intern at Global Green USA.
