He holds a Master's degree in International Business from the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, a Doctor of Philosophy in International Management from Kyiv National Economic University, a Master of Arts in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from La Salle University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Economics from International Christian University- Kyiv. Additionally, he completed a Certificate in Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School Online and a Master of Business Administration from Quantic School of Business and Technology.

In terms of his professional experience, Sviat has held key roles such as SVP of Sales for Eastern Europe, Baltics, and CIS at Crystal Blockchain Analytics, where he was also a Crypto investigator. Prior to this, he served as a Business Development Manager at Bitfury and Crystal Blockchain Analytics, a Pre-sale analyst at Bitfury, a Partnership development manager at EPOM, and a Business Development Manager for Healthcare IoT projects at Glorium Technologies. He also has experience as a Business Development Manager at CyberVision, Inc., where he started as a Business Development Associate and Market Research Analyst. In the early stages of his career, Sviat gained international experience as an Intern in the international relations department at SFMS Ukraine and worked as a Lifeguard/Pool Operator at Universal Pools.
