With a silver medal from USA Weightlifting and a successful fitness business, GeauxFit Training, which he later sold, Beaux has impacted numerous lives through health and wellness.

Professionally, Beaux has a strong recruitment background, having led recruiting efforts at various startups and publicly traded companies.
