Beathe Due
Beathe Due is a distinguished academic and leader in the field of communication and media studies, currently serving as Rector at Noroff University College, Noroff School of Technology and Digital Media.
She holds a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Communication and Media Studies, a Master's degree in History of Ideas, and a Cand.Mag in Political Science, History, and History of Ideas, all from the University of Oslo (UiO). Additionally, she completed her International Baccalaureate at Berg Videregående Skole.
Beathe Due has an extensive professional background, having previously held roles such as Pro-Rector and Associate Professor II at BI Norwegian Business School, as well as serving as a Board Member at Forbrukerrådet. She has also been involved in various leadership positions, including as the Dean at Østfold University College's Faculty of Computer Science.
With a rich history of research and consultancy experience, Beathe Due has worked as an Independent researcher and project manager at Vistas, Founder & media research stunt-consultant at Vistas, and Media Research Director at Telenor Group, Research and Future Studies. She has also contributed to institutions such as Telenor Digital Services, NIKK (Nordic Gender Institute), and Bokkilden AS in roles ranging from Research Assistant to Media Research Director.
