Alicia McKay is a straight-talking strategist from New Zealand with a talent for cutting through the buzzwords and getting things done. She's a writer, speaker, teacher, consultant, and mentor, with extensive experience helping people, teams, and leaders grow and develop in the face of change.
Alicia has a Bachelor of Arts in Media & Communication and Political Science from the University of Canterbury, a Postgraduate Certificate in Business Management, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Politics from Massey University. She's authored two books, including "From Strategy to Action: A Guide to Getting Sh*t Done in the Public Sector" and "You Don't Need an MBA: Leadership Lessons to Cut through the Crap" (Major St Publishing, May 2021).
