Lotte De Backer

Lotte De Backer is an experienced event manager who has a passion for creating memorable events. With a bachelor's degree in International Leisure Management from NHTV Internationale Hogeschool Breda and a diploma from Eureka High School in the USA, she has a solid educational foundation. Lotte's experience includes working as a team leader and event coordinator for ABN AMRO at Embrace Hospitality Services. She also managed communication and marketing as an intern at Dutchweek B.V. and helped plan events as a volunteer at CV Wattzat. Lotte currently works as an event manager at Holland ConTech & PropTech.

Lotte is driven by a desire to organize events that delight attendees and exceed the expectations of her clients. She is also interested in optimizing processes to achieve greater efficiency. Her experience in various organizational and management roles has equipped her with strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills. Her background in international leisure management has also given her experience in planning and executing events across borders.
