Basil Polsonetti is the VP of Value Engineering at Kore.ai, a leading Generative AI platform, collaborating with enterprise leaders across various sectors such as Citi, Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, and more.

Previously, Basil co-founded Lang.ai, an AI platform specializing in real-time customer experience insights and routing. He has partnered with renowned brands like Ramp, hims&hers, Zola, and Tinder to streamline support workflows and deliver detailed insights to their organizations.

In addition to his professional roles, Basil actively invests in and mentors early-stage SaaS companies, contributing to reshaping traditional business practices.

He pursued his Bachelor's degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University, enriching his understanding of data analytics and innovative technologies.
