Efi Shema

Efi Shema is an accomplished investor and partner at Rhodium - a top-notch early-stage investment firm that has backed companies such as Face.com, Yotpo, Outbrain, IMGN Media, and more. Shema studied Behavioral Sciences and Management at the College of Management before earning an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Hi-Tech Management from Ben Gurion University. She is also a UI/UX design expert.

Shema is a former investor at Listory and Sharegain, and formerly served as a board observer at Captain Up and LitiGate. She is a former product advisor at IMPACT Accelerator, a mentor at Techstars, and WeWork Labs Mentor at WeWork. Prior to her career in investing, she worked at Deloitte and the Prime Minister's Office.
