Barry Kates is a successful entrepreneur in the field of Marketing, Event, and VIP Hospitality. He is the founder of Innovative Group, a company that has been growing steadily for 19 years. His passion for entrepreneurship began when he was only five years old, assisting guests in his grandparents' hotel on Miami Beach. At the age of 12, he took a job at Publix, where he worked for six years and saved every penny. Kates put himself through college by working hard and earning enough to pay his tuition.
