* Grocery Pal reached TOP 10 ranking in Shopping on AppStore and # 1 on Trending in the U.S. in Nov 2015.
* I designed and built the two iOS apps using Objective-C and grew the apps to significant market traction with no marketing dollars.  
* I architected the Android apps and built the web services and database access layer for the Android apps for Google Play.

Beingster built an ontology-directed semantics and entity extraction technology using NLP with supervised training. The system has been used for building knowledge graphs and semantic search in the lifestyle and retail promotion space.

* I conceived, designed and built the entity extraction system using machine learning where a non-technical subject matter expert can create ontology definitions for any entity class in Excel spreadsheets and upload the files to train the system.  
* Bayesian classification and a CBOW with ngrams language model and ontology templates were used. The system was written in Java using Hibernate, MySQL and Apache web server.  I also architected our large-scale parallel web crawling system featuring auto-schedules, error-recovery and scaling.
* 20 billion entities and 100 billion attributes extracted since launch.

The company built and marketed lightweight ERP/MRP solutions to small and medium sized electrical machinery manufacturers in China. The backend was built in Java, MySQL and Apache and the frontend in HTML, JSP and JavaScript.
