France Helfer is a seasoned executive in the medical device and healthcare industry with over 30 years of experience. She is currently the CEO and President of TinyKicks Inc, a wearable healthcare technology company that focuses on University of California research. Ms. Helfer has extensive expertise in serial entrepreneurship, business development, operations, research and development, and international sales and marketing.

During her career, she has held executive positions at prominent health care companies such as Medtronic, SORIN, Xenotech (MDT), and Eclipse Surgical (IPO). Ms. Helfer has founded and served as the CEO of several start-up companies, including Pegasus Biologics, where she raised $32M and transformed the company into an emerging growth revenue company with a solid product pipeline, eventually acquired by Synovis Life Systems.
