I was recruited and hired specifically to orchestrate, manage, and oversee the relocation of this private equity firm from their Florida headquarters to Portland.  I was responsible for sourcing, selecting, and implementing all new, local vendor partnerships.  This included establishing payroll services, employee insurance coverage (Medical/Dental/Vision/Life/Short-term & Long-term Disability/AD&D, etc.), office space planning and buildout, file archival storage and system transfers, etc.  

I served as the main point of contact for the external legal team and successfully partnered to complete several real estate transactions (private and commercial) and VC funding of new projects, start-ups, etc.  In addition, I provided Executive administrative support for the Co-Founders.  I arranged all travel and logistics aboard the company’s private jet (domestic and international) ensuring seamless itineraries built to maximize efficiencies.

I was selected by the Chief Marketing Officer to join the Marketing team and leverage my extensive planning and execution skills to oversee the department's operations.  A critical function of this role was to improve, streamline, and up-level the company's presence at industry trade shows.  This included everything from sourcing and securing guest speakers and panelists, trade show booth selection and design, to staff training and SWAG materials, to event logistics for shipping/install/freight return of all branded materials, etc.  Highlights included "Mobile Saturday" event at SXSW and Mobile World Congress in Barcelona.  I oversaw Marketing's demand creation efforts and partnered with the Sales Operations Team to track all trade show and webinar attendees into the company's CRM system.

Manager Marketing Operations (reported to CMO)

I served as the right-hand to the CEO & Co-Founder of this Portland based SAAS start-up amidst a time of incredible growth and expansion.  During my tenure, headcount grew from ~70 to 215+ FTE and locations spread to include an office in London.  

I liaised with our investors and Board of Directors to support all corporate communications, alignment of complex calendars, and development of the annual BOD meeting cadence.  I was a founding member of the company's "Culture Club" and strategized ways to increase employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.  A key highlight was the launch of an internal peer-recognition program, by which individuals could nominate their peer(s) for a monthly award to be handed out by the Culture Club.  

In addition, I produced several company-wide events ranging from annual summer and holiday parties, to milestone events such as the company's 5-year anniversary celebration.  I oversaw the administrative team and created a bi-weekly meeting cadence for us to align on key business objectives, share best practices, and ensure interdepartmental efficiencies.  I provided HR support during a time of maternity leave and was trusted to handle the highly confidential benefits, compensation, and employee relations matters while simultaneously maintaining the demands of my executive administrative role.

Executive Assistant to CEO & Co-Founder

I was a founding member of Lucky Strike's first-ever location at Hollywood & Highland.  I developed everything from the ground up and built a national sales team of 40+ Event Sales Managers with annual revenue of $25M+.  I produced numerous Movie Premieres, Wrap Parties, Corporate Events for clients such as:  Paramount Pictures, Disney, Microsoft, Nike, AT&T, Yahoo!, Deloitte and Touche, NBA, NASCAR, MTV, Pfizer, UPS, and Best Buy, as well as numerous Celebrity private events.

My success at the flagship Hollywood location was used as the strategic blueprint for every new location going forward.  I strategized, developed, and implemented the company's inaugural event sales systems for business development and retention, sales tracking and reporting, and event execution.  During my tenure, the company experienced rapid growth and expanded to 20+ locations nationwide.  I personally recruited, hired, and trained each new location's Event Sales team staff.  I partnered with the venue's General Manager to develop site specific pricing, sales plans and targets, and floor plans for maximizing capacity and efficiencies.
