Barbara Pachter is an accomplished business etiquette and communications speaker, coach, and author with over 3000 seminars delivered worldwide. She is also adjunct faculty in the School of Business at Rutgers University and has authored 11 books on business etiquette and communication. In addition to her achievements, Barbara's client list includes big names like Microsoft, Pfizer, and Citigroup, among others. She has also been featured in TIME Magazine and the Harvard Business Review.

Barbara studied Education and Communication for her BA and MA at the University of Michigan. She is the Owner/President of Pachter & Associates and previously received the Teaching Excellence Award while adjunct faculty at Rutgers University's MBA program.
