With a commendable background as a retired Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) Executive Technical Expert and program manager, Barbara brings over two decades of extensive experience in cyber, information, and telecommunications technology and operations. Her illustrious career culminated in her role as the Director of Capabilities for Tailored Access Operations at the National Security Agency (NSA) from 2008 to 2012, where she oversaw the development and delivery of capabilities for a significant computer network exploitation initiative. In addition to her government tenure, Barbara has also amassed seven years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
