She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from San Francisco State University and later continued her education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Cal State East Bay College of Business & Economics. Over the years, she has served a diverse range of sectors including Biotech, Healthcare, Real Estate, and Manufacturing. Her specialties include Facilitative Leadership and Executive Career Development, Facilitation, and Rx Coaching for Stressed Executives and Professionals. Barbara has worked with high-profile organizations including Google, Apple, Charles Schwab, and Sony.
