Bar Pereg is a visionary individual with a profound belief in the power of technology to address pressing global issues. Through his experiences in various organizations and companies, he has identified the underutilization of technology in areas such as disaster relief and ethical migrant worker recruitment. This realization led him to establish PollyLabs, a venture aimed at repurposing technology for the greater good. Bar holds an MBA with a focus on Finance and a Sustainability Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Sociology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. His professional journey includes leadership roles in renowned organizations such as Deloitte and Monitor Deloitte, where he focused on climate, sustainability, equity, and impact strategy. Additionally, he has co-founded and led multiple ventures, demonstrating his entrepreneurial spirit. Bar's background also spans roles in market research, operations, HR, and even military service in the Israel Defense Forces. With a strong educational foundation and a wealth of experience, he continues to drive innovation and positive change through technology.
