Francisco Marcelo

Francisco Marcelo is a successful entrepreneur and business advisor with extensive experience in finance and business development. A graduate of the Universidad del Pacífico in management, Marcelo later pursued further education at the Grenoble Ecole de Management and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Marcelo founded the Main Millennial Advisory (THEMMA), the first consultancy in Peru specializing in entrepreneurship, which has helped launch more than 40 startups and supported over 5,000 entrepreneurs throughout the country. In addition to running THEMMA, Marcelo has worked with various organizations, including StartupMexico and UNCTAD, and has advised members of the Peruvian Congress on issues related to entrepreneurship and small businesses.

Marcelo's expertise is in finance, business development, entrepreneurship, and innovation. As an advisor and mentor, he has helped startups and organizations with fundraising, business strategy, and market analysis, and has served as a mentor at various universities and accelerators.
