Christophe Baniol

Christophe BANIOL is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of consulting experience in the retail banking industry, both in France and internationally, and 4 years in business transformation with Socgen Group in Romania.

Transitioning to an operational role in the commercial sector, Christophe joined the French retail Socgen network in Paris, where he initially managed SME corporate business in Hauts de Seine for 3 years before moving to Lyon as the head of the Socgen retail network in the city for 2 years.

Later, he was promoted to Regional Director of Société Générale in the Limousin/Quercy/Perigord area, overseeing retail and corporate banking activities along with managing HR, logistics, and IT.

Currently, Christophe leads Socgen Marketing for the retail market, with a strong focus on retail banking strategies, general organization, processes, commercial management, commercial efficiency, and IT projects.

His educational background includes a Baccalauréat série C in Math & Science from Lycée Janson de Sailly and advanced degrees in Finance & Banking, Business Administration, and Management from Université Panthéon Sorbonne (Paris I).

On the organizational front, Christophe has held key positions such as Director of Marketing - retail market, Regional Director, Commercial Director Retail Network, SME's Business Center Manager, and more at Société Générale and other consulting firms.
