Anthony Nardini is a professional with over a decade of experience in various fields such as investments, talent management, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and East Asian Studies from Washington and Lee University and a High School Diploma from the Academy for Business and Computer Technology at Bergen County Academies. His passion for building communities, businesses, and products that help people land jobs they love has driven him throughout his career.

Nardini is currently the Head of Talent at Contrary, where he is responsible for building and managing the company's talent acquisition efforts. Before joining Contrary, he held leadership positions at various organizations, including On Deck, Antler, and Goldman Sachs. At On Deck, Nardini was the Head of Hiring Org and Program Director for the On Deck First 50 Fellowship, while also serving as Founder Fellow (ODF4). Additionally, he founded Get Your Next Career and was a Founder in Residence at Antler.
