Marcus Kennedy is an experienced and accomplished executive leader, non-executive director, and change agent with an international business career spanning across different sectors. He has a wealth of experience in designing and implementing transformational change and business growth strategies. Marcus has a passion for innovation and fostering emerging leaders across the agri-food sector. He is currently the Executive Chairman of TeleSense Aust. Besides, Marcus is also an active mentor/coach, an investor in Agtech startups, and a business adviser.

Marcus is an expert in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, and business development with acute financial acumen, program management, and extensive experience in P&L management. He has a broad-based experience leading and executing major project delivery, business strategy & operations, across different sectors, including agribusiness, investment banking, retail financial services, and health.

Marcus has studied Agribusiness Seminar at Harvard Business School and has completed an Executive Education, Leadership Program - Industry and Organization Transformation at Harvard Business School. Additionally, he has an MBA (Distinction), Business Management & Organizational Change from London Business School. He also holds an MSc in Geophysics from Macquarie University and a BSc (Hons 1st), Mathematics & Chemistry from the University of New South Wales.
