Randy Wagner is a highly accomplished transformational leader in the consumer packaged goods industry, with a wealth of experience in brand management, marketing growth-hacking strategies, and business and thought leadership. He has worked with some of the world's leading consumer brands, including Amazon, T-Mobile, Microsoft, Kellogg's, and The Coca-Cola Company, and has a proven track record in disrupting categories through entrepreneurial thinking and recruiting and growing top-tier marketing talent. Randy received his MBA in Marketing from Purdue University's Krannert School of Management and his BA in Marketing from the University at Buffalo.
With a background in global strategy and planning, integrated marketing communications, organizational capability building and transformation, P&L management, CRM, channel marketing, retail and shopper marketing, omni-channel marketing, e-commerce, social media and influencer marketing, digital/interactive marketing, and mobile marketing, Randy has a deep understanding of how to leverage digital and social media in order to achieve business objectives.
Randy has held a number of senior marketing positions throughout his career, including Head of Marketing - Portable Devices Kids and Adults at Amazon, Marketing Director and GM - Walmart Business at T-Mobile, Global Marketing Director at Microsoft, Senior Director of Marketing Activation at Nokia, Senior Brand Manager - Eggo at Kellogg Company, and Consumer Marketing Consulting Manager at The Coca-Cola Company, among others. In addition, Randy was also a Senior Advisor at Vivaldi Partners, where he worked as an executive marketing consultant, and he has also worked as a marketing consultant and sole proprietor at his own consulting firm.
