Esther Ndichu

Esther Ndichu has over 13 years of experience in transformative leadership and business development across Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and the United States of America with UPS. She has held various positions in the company, including serving as International Country Manager based in South Africa, Vice President of Public Affairs based in the UAE, and Humanitarian Supply Chain Logistics Director. Ndichu's achievements include winning the Dubai Expo 2020 account valued at over $150M revenue, leading sales initiatives in the UAE that resulted in the country winning back lost business and gaining new customers, and managing a $7M annual budget in financial, technical, and in-kind support for the UPS Humanitarian relief efforts.

Ndichu is a graduate of American Intercontinental University with an MBA in International Business and The College of Wooster with a BA in International Relations and Political Science. She is currently the Managing Director for UPS responsible for overall logistics and supply chain management, including all stakeholder, partners, technical, financial, logistical, operational, and joint venture administrative aspects.

Ndichu has a passion for the humanitarian sector and has been actively involved with The UPS Foundation in various capacities. She has been featured as a TED Talk thought leader, highlighting that "Hunger isn't a food issue. It is a logistics issue."
