Katie Overdevest is an accomplished digital marketer and strategic leader with a diverse background in finance, marketing, beauty, and luxury retail. With a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Media Studies with distinction from the University of Virginia, Katie has an extensive experience in investment banking, alternative investments, and fund operations. Before joining LVMH, where she is currently the Global Director of Customer Engagement & Insights at Fresh, she worked at Benefit Cosmetics as their Senior Manager of Customer Experience & Insights, and as their Senior Business Analyst for the Americas. Prior to that, she was the Director at Bluestem Asset Management and an Investment Banking Analyst - Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch. She has also completed the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program.

With an unwavering focus on insights, loyalty, retention, CRM, growth marketing, and innovation, Katie has honed her skills to provide data-driven, online-to-offline retail experiences that are exceptional and customer-centric.
