Responsible for business development, programme design and consulting delivery.  Andrew has been a director of this consulting business for almost 20 years.  He is a coach, facilitator and leadership trainer. 

Andrew started to coach teams on engagement and motivation helping them find which behaviours create and damage performance.  This re-enforced the pivotal role of the leader and Andrew began his leadership development practice.  

At Oxford University Andrew coaches:
•	MBA students who are making their first move into a leadership position
•	Executive MBA students who are accelerating into senior leadership positions
•	Senior executives attending the Business School’s advanced management and leadership programmes who are defining themselves as global leaders

He is lead-coach on a number of executive education and post graduate programmes.  In this role Andrew defines the coaching needs of the client organisation, selects coaches and manages their work with individual executives.

Away from Oxford, Andrew coaches highly specialised leaders, for example in the nuclear and construction industries;  non-executives in the public sector and operational leaders in the facilities management and precision engineering industries.  His pragmatic approach is valued by senior leaders who are unravelling the complexities of organisations and by practitioners facing operational challenges.

As a trainer Andrew designs and develops leadership programmes.   The most recent was for construction professionals working on Europe's largest infrastructure project - Crossrail.  After the initial design, Andrew lead the a team who assessed and trained over 250 front line leaders.  Other programmes involve teaching coaching skills to managers, teaching trust, engagement and leadership-brand to the next generation of Indian leaders and engagement techniques to managers in manufacturing companies.  His training style draws on his coaching skills and is highly participative.
