Ashley Rudolph

Ashley Rudolph is an accomplished Vice President with extensive experience in leading large operations and implementation teams in the professional development and education sectors. With a strong background in building and leading highly effective teams, Ashley has a proven track record of success in creating, scaling, and managing third-party financing programs, including General Assembly's Income Share Agreement (ISA) Program: Catalyst. She played an integral role in launching Catalyst, which became the largest bootcamp ISA program at the time, offering a $75 million funding facility to students enrolled in General Assembly's full-time programs.
Ashley's educational background includes studying Entrepreneurship at Babson College, as well as pursuing Master of Science degrees in Entrepreneurship from both Zhejiang University and Emlyon Business School. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Georgia School of Law.
Currently, Ashley serves as the VP of Product Operations at Newsela, a leading education technology company. Her expertise lies in the coding bootcamp, professional development, personal/student loans, and Income Share Agreement (ISA) industries. With her vast experience and deep knowledge in these areas, she is open to consulting engagements related to these industries.
