Executed broad-based operations as detailed for the firm in addition to facilities management and scheduling the principal partner’s calendar. Supervised a team of two office assistants and two to three law clerks in support of 12 attorneys and five paralegals; prioritized and delegated duties, scheduled time, evaluated quality of work, and conducted annual reviews. Coordinated annual reviews company-wide, ensuring that self-evaluations and supervisor evaluations took place in accordance with employee anniversaries. Owned and ran HR audits and investigations from start to finish. Owned all client-facing interactions, such as new client intake, billing, and retrieving and logging document file copies. Updated the firm’s website with personnel changes and awards from outside independent organizations. Coordinated logistics for one-on-one meetings and for client mediation for groups of up to 25 attorneys and paralegals; provided light refreshments and/or sourced and worked with caterers to select menus for lunch meetings, directing support staff to assist in meeting setup and takedown. Maintained personnel-related statistical records as described for the firm.

Spearheaded operations for this data-driven sales and marketing company, with responsibility for AP/AR, expense and reimbursement reporting software, and creating and managing promotional swag inventory. Conducted analyses to determine the cost-effectiveness of the sales team’s prospective new tools and submitted my recommendations to the director of sales. Reviewed sales contracts and edited them for precision and clarity. Partnered with the customer success team to generate a client gifting process. 
• Reduced outstanding remittance from $580K to $177K in my first four months. 
• Created and documented standardized procedures (SOPs) for office operations, facilities management, onboarding and offboarding employees, benefits management, and AR.
