Lora Regan

Lora Regan is an accomplished human resources professional hailing from Ireland. She earned her Bachelor of Business Studies degree with a focus on human resources from the University of Limerick, and she later obtained a Diploma in Coaching for Performance from Dublin Business School. Her educational journey also included earning a Certificate in Training Practice, Workforce Development, and Training from the National College of Ireland as well as completing a Business Coach program at the Irish Coaching Institute.

Lora has garnered years of experience across several organizations in varied HR capacities. She previously held a senior HR generalist manager role at Facebook, where she served as the EMEA People Operations Lead and Recruitment Operations Team Lead as well. Prior to her Facebook tenure, she worked as a recruitment specialist, recruitment coordinator, and program recruiter at Lionbridge, Ambulance Service of New South Wales, and Brystol Myers Squibb, respectively. Lora also held several HR-related posts, including Human Resource Officer at Central Remedial Clinic and HR, Recruitment & L&D Administrator at Takeda Ireland Ltd.

Currently, Lora Regan is the Human Resources Manager at Bord Bia, known as The Irish Food Board.
