I found and enabled partners who have the right skills and at the same time are working with large customers 
I enabled distributors to grow business in the SMB market.

In July 2005 Symantec did acquire Veritas Software. 
My task was to consolidate the partners after the merger, while maintaining the growth in revenue and marked share. 
Also to work close with the partners building business plans to grow the pipeline and reach agreed revenue targets.
I attended customer meetings together with partners.
Symantec maintained as market leader in backup and security in Norway during my time at there.

As the first employee in Veritas Software in Norway.  My task was to make Backup Exec the preferred Backup and Restore solution in the Norwegian market on Microsoft platform.
By 2003 Backup Exec had more then 70% market share

This included negotiation with vendors, purchasing, logistics, technical support, marketing, internal training and sale.
Santech had a double figure growth YOY, and in my last year I had a sales budget for over 200 million NOK.
