Ayushi Biyani

Ayushi Biyani is a Design Researcher at Quicksand Design Studio, focusing on user-centered design and design thinking for HCD research in LMICs.

Her background includes experience in strategy consulting, program management, and social entrepreneurship in the social sector.

Ayushi has also worked with Tata Steel Adventure Foundation on capacity building, revenue generation, and market research.

She adopts a systems-thinking approach to tackle complex social issues, with a particular expertise in education and global health.

Ayushi is passionate about experiential learning and runs Impact Connect, an initiative for social sector aspirants.

She holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University and has pursued courses in economics, business analytics, and management from institutions like Harvard Business School and The London School of Economics.
