Aleksandar Karamfilov is a prominent figure in the field of software testing and quality assurance. He is currently based in Sofia, Bulgaria, where he serves as the Senior Quality Assurance Manager at Kiteworks since June 2022. His role involves overseeing quality assurance processes and ensuring high standards in software testing.

In addition to his position at Kiteworks, Karamfilov is the QA Architect and Founder of the Pragmatic IT Learning & Outsourcing Center, which he has been leading since January 2016. This center is recognized as a leading QA academy and staffing company in Bulgaria, where he is responsible for various clients and courses related to quality assurance and testing.

Karamfilov has a rich background in software testing, having held various roles including Principal QA Engineer at SevOne Inc. and Senior Test Automation Engineer at Javelin Group. His expertise extends to developing hybrid automation frameworks and conducting technical training sessions.

He holds multiple certifications from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) and has been recognized as QA of the Year by the QA Challenge Accepted & Bulgarian QA Community in April 2019, highlighting his significant contributions to the industry.1
