Ayse Demirbas

Ayse Demirbas completed her undergraduate studies at Anadolu University, ranking second in the Department of Educational Communication and Planning. During this time, she was involved in program preparation and broadcasting at TRT Ankara Radio's Education and Culture broadcasts, as well as in the preparation of Turkey's first 'Total Productive Maintenance' training programs at Brisa A.Ş. She excelled in her master's studies with a thesis on 'Providing Communication Competencies to Executive Candidates through Instruction and a Program Proposal' at Ankara University. Ayse later held positions such as Training Specialist at Beğendik A.Ş., Training Manager at Tepe Home Stores Chain, Training Coordinator at Flokser Group, and HR & Training Manager at Atılım Group. Her contributions led to recognition and a 'Certificate of Appreciation' from Flokser Group for enhancing employee and managerial competencies through tailored training programs and managing projects to develop HR and Training Management systems. Ayse now offers consultancy services to establish and improve effective communication and HR management systems within organizations. Her expertise spans topics such as Communication and Relationship Management, Leadership, Performance Management, Trainer Training, Organizational Culture, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Creative Thinking, Emotional Intelligence, Excellent Service and Customer Relations, and Restructuring and Change Management. She also designs educational games for training purposes, and she holds a certification in Gamification from Kevin Werbach, a prominent figure in the field.
