Ayodeji Ajayi is a highly motivated professional with a diverse educational background and expertise in project management, health and safety, risk management, and agricultural economics.

Ayodeji Ajayi holds a Diploma In Project Management, Management, and Health and Safety from Our Growth International, along with a Certificate of Loan and Risk Management from the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management. He also obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan.

With an educational foundation including WASSCE in Science from the Nigerian Navy Secondary School in Abeokuta, Ayodeji Ajayi has gone on to build a successful career across various organizations.

Ayodeji Ajayi has held the position of Operations Manager at Lafarge Emirates Cement, a member of Holcim, demonstrating his leadership and operational skills. Prior to this role, he served as an Assistant Operations Manager and Health & Safety Engineer at Badola Ventures Investment Limited.

His experience also includes being the Head of Operations (AG) at Sarkis Badola Investment Limited, as well as working as a Graduate Management Trainee at the same organization. Ayodeji Ajayi has also contributed his expertise as a Life and Business Coach at Trévo, LLC.

In addition, he has worked as a Graduate Member at the Chartered Institute of Loan and Risk Management and as a Farm Manager at Wise-Worth Resources Farm Limited, showcasing his versatility and commitment to professional growth.
