Ruichen Zhao is a seasoned electrical engineer with an impressive academic background in power electronics. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the prestigious Harbin Institute of Technology, followed by a Master of Science in Engineering and Doctor of Philosophy in Power Electronics from The University of Texas at Austin.

In terms of work experience, Ruichen has held positions in several top-tier organizations, starting as an R&D Engineer at Samsung Electronics. She then moved up the ladder as a Graduate Research Assistant and PhD Student at The University of Texas at Austin before being appointed as an RDD Electrical Engineer at Baker Hughes. She then moved on to become a Senior Electronic Design Engineer with Tesla Energy and later became a Power System Electrical Engineer at Facebook. Presently, Ruichen is the CEO of Fourier Energy.

With her varied experience, she has gained extensive expertise in power electronics, renewable energy, system design, software development, and project management. Ruichen's passion for renewable energy and determination to make the world a greener place has enabled her to develop innovative solutions to improve energy efficiency and sustainability.
