Aya Karpinska is a highly accomplished multi-disciplinary design leader with a Master Of Fine Arts from Brown University, a Masters of Art from New York University, and a Bachelor Of Science degree from the University At Buffalo in Cognitive Science and Digital Art. She is passionate about user-centered design and has lent her expertise to several organizations throughout her career.

Karpinska has worked as an Interaction Design Consultant at Technekai and as a User Experience Consultant and Interaction Design Director at Rumble Fox and Barbarian, respectively. She has also worked at Sesame Workshop as an Interaction Designer and Lbi Us as an Associate Creative Director. Additionally, Karpinska has worked as a Digital Culture Researcher at R/Ga and as a writer for Missing Pixel.

Karpinska is recognized for her exceptional leadership skills and talents in developing innovative design strategies that meet user needs. As a former Senior Trend Consultant at Cscout, she has a deep understanding of market trends and insights. She has also taught at Lesley University and Parsons School Of Design - The New School.
