Founded Dharnika Foundation to create equal educational and earning opportunities for the people with disabilities.

Started AllowUs programmes to develop and launch an e-commerce portal for products manufactured by physically impaired people. It covered a range of 60 products and were sold across India via online platforms. 

Partnered with NGOs and conducted 10+ webinars to motivate physically impaired people to build their careers. 

Hosted workshops for small food-processing businesses, impacting three villages, 150 women, and several physically impaired people.

Identified the major touchpoints for incoming website traffic and reduced the friction points, causing an increase of 64% in the CVR. Major Tools used - Google Analytics and Clarity.

Designed and executed successful A/B experiments on UI/UX, leading to an increase in ATC events by 47%.

Researched, recognized, and added trust badges in sync with brand guidelines, while maintaining a secure checkout. This led to a 30% boost on Cart-to-Purchase rate.

Successfully drove multiple product launches, while liaising with various stakeholders, including PR teams, customer support executives, product designers, marketing and sales teams.

Started Veeery with a passion to provide a robust reading and learning experience to the visually impaired. From being a full-stack web developer, I became a first principles thinker, developing a platform to provide audiobooks and e-books for the visually challenged. 


*Roles and responsibilities*

Tried to understand the consumer needs and behavior by visiting schools and colleges for surveys, 
Used extensive coding experience  to achieve POC. Used user-centric design (600+ hours of sitting with the visually impaired) to build Veeery. 

Created several MVPs and tested them before going live.

Took the idea to initial revenue in 9 months.

Created a network by partnering with schools and NGOs to spread awareness about the product.

Created and led a 12-member team and successfully added thousands of accessible content. 

Made it a royalty-free business leading to a 90% cut in the cost, hence making the business model simple and easy to sustain.
