Austin Gibney

Austin Gibney is a well-rounded professional with a diverse range of experiences in sales, program management, and healthcare. He is a graduate of Colorado Christian University, where he studied both business and pre-med. Additionally, he has completed a Wilderness Emergency Medical Technician program at the National Outdoor Leadership School. Austin's professional expertise includes team development, strategic planning, program management, community engagement, and more. He is currently interning at The Refuge Foundation, where he is learning invaluable lessons from influential leaders on how to help non-profit leaders combat burnout. In the past, Austin has held positions at companies like Arc'teryx Equipment and L.L.Bean, where he gained experience in sales and managed outdoor discovery programs. He also worked as an EMT with Finger Lakes Ambulance EMS and as an Outpost Assistant Director at Aldersgate Camp and Retreat Center. Austin is a lifelong learner who is always up for a challenge, and he enjoys meeting new people and hearing their stories.
