Austin Arensberg
Austin Arensberg is a prominent venture investor based in San Francisco, with a focus on early-stage technology startups. He currently serves as the Director of Okta Ventures, where he oversees the company's startup investments. Prior to this position, he led Scrum Ventures US Investments and was responsible for a portfolio of over 65 startups.
Arensberg has had a diverse career, including experience in venture capital, private equity, corporate development, and operational management consulting at Samsung. He started his career as an environmental researcher and holds a BA in Environmental Studies and Political Science from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Additionally, he completed his MBA at INSEAD, where he further developed his expertise in the tech industry.
Arensberg's research has been published with support from the National Science Foundation.
