Chris Fralic, a renowned venture capitalist and former executive in the tech industry, has spent over 35 years of his career on the operational side of tech companies. Fralic specializes in advertising, marketing technology, social/mobile, eCommerce/travel, connected devices, and gaming. He joined First Round Capital as a Partner in 2006 where he led new investments, and in 2019, he shifted to Board Partner. In this role, he continues to work with existing companies, including Warby Parker, Nomad Health, Troops, Outlier, Stensul, LiveIntent, Boom.TV, and Rec Room. Fralic has also worked with several now-public companies such as Ring, Hotel Tonight, Flurry, Invite Media, Demdex, Yapta, Adaptly, and Arbor.io, and Circulate. He has attended the TED conference for over 25 years and worked with them in 2006 to help launch TEDTalks viewed over 8 billion times.

Fralic received a BSBA from Villanova University and an MBA from Saint Joseph's University.
