She pursued her Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Engineering in Urban Planning and Engineering at Vilniaus Gedimino Technikos Universitetas.

Before establishing A•V archilab as a Partner and Architect, Audrone gained valuable experience working as an Architect at various organizations including Freelance, UAB Penktas akmuo, TAEM Urbanistai, and UAB Archstudija.

Audrone Paulauskiene's diverse professional experience also includes roles as an Engineer at TAEM Urbanistai, a Real Estate Agent at UAB Business Management Group, and an Architect Assistant at Kęstučio Sabaliausko architektūros studija.
