Audrey Blater, Ph.D., is a Senior Analyst at Aite Group, specializing in risk management and financial markets. She has over 20 years of experience in capital markets, focusing on trading, data analysis, regulation, and industry research. Her expertise encompasses various areas, including fixed income, foreign exchange, derivatives trading, and advanced technology applications in these fields.

Before her role at Aite Group, Blater was the Director of Research for the capital markets team at Aite-Novarica Group and led a global research team at the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA). She has also worked as an applied researcher at MSCI, Inc. and has experience on the buy side as a trader and analyst at AQR Capital Management.
