● Design and execution of Summer Internship Placement Process for the PGDM batch of 2014-16 consisting of 180 students each in BM (PGD-Business Management) and HRM (PGD-Human Resources Management) courses
● The student strength of the HRM course was increased by 50% compared to the previous year, from 120 to 180, which required the placement committee to increase the number of organisations participating in the placement process and further strengthen existing partnerships
● Creating, developing and growing recruiting relationships between XLRI and several of India's top Business School recruiters
● Worked towards launching "Parivartan" - a parallel placement process for assisting students in securing a summer internship in social sector organizations

Achievements

● Participation of 105 recruiters, including over 32 new recruiters
● 385 offers made for 365 students across the two courses 
● 100% placements in 3.5 days
● Significant increase in international offers compared to past 3 years
● Median stipend for the batch was greater than Rs. 55,000 per month
● Continued growth in percentage of offers from BFSI domain

● Implement latest features of the networking protocols for DNS over three major releases of the software

● Design and development of the CRM application with an emphasis on keeping both the front-end and back-end as simple as possible for easy maintainability in future
● Design of a system for rapid prototyping of features to assess time required for deploying features and to allow users to decide on the most critical requirements
