Aska Kuwabara is an out-of-box thinker and change maker with a strong belief in product-driven management. With over 15 years of experience, Aska has excelled in product management, business analysis, project management, corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, and people management across various industries including E-Commerce, Finance, Travel, and Auto.

Aska has successfully implemented transformative changes at a global corporate scale by transitioning development processes from waterfall to agile, evolving mentality from task-driven to self-managed, shifting from heavily-customized service-based system delivery to product-mindset driven platform development, automating manual operations, and moving from location-based team management to product-based management.

Aside from professional achievements, Aska is dedicated to building community and supporting women in their career development. As President of the University of California, San Diego Alumni Club Singapore Chapter, Aska actively engages with alumni and serves as a speaker for Women in Tech, Nanyang Technological University, and the School of Global Policy & Strategy Alumni Board.

Aska's educational background includes a Master of Pacific International Affairs with a focus on Japan/International Politics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish from Kansai Gaidai University.

Aska's professional journey includes roles such as Senior Product Manager, Vice Manager of Advance Campaign Management Platform, and Service Management Team Manager at Rakuten Asia Pte Ltd, Project Manager at LINE Corp, Associate Project Manager at PM Global, Inc., Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at JM Travel Consulting, Senior Analyst at Goldman Sachs, and Committee Coordinator and Administrative Assistant at the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan.
