Ashley Scales is an accomplished learning and development professional with a passion for organizational psychology. Prior to her role at Paychex, Ashley worked as an HR Recruiter at The TemPositions Group of Companies and as an HR Career and Talent Management Intern at Executive Talent Services.
Ashley's academic accomplishments include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University and a Master of Science (MS) in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford, where she achieved a 3.86 GPA. Ashley is inspired by the dynamics of the professional realms and is eager to bring her talents to the workplace proficiency.
