Ashley Randolph

Ashley Randolph is an African American mother of three premature babies who has become a prominent advocate for equity in maternal and neonatal healthcare.13 She is the founder of GLO Preemies (God's Little Ones) and co-founder of the Alliance for Black NICU Families.14 Randolph's work focuses on providing education, support, and advocacy for families with premature infants, particularly within the Black community.1
