With a diverse professional background, Andy Clayton has served in various leadership roles in prominent organizations. He was the Founder and CEO of Fermtech, Co-Founder and Author at Scale Coach, a board member and member leader at Entrepreneurs'​ Organization, Founder and CEO at LNP China, and Vice-President of Air at eLong, Inc (an Expedia company). Additionally, he held positions as Operations Vice President at Orient Home, National Operations Controller at B&Q China, Analyst at PA Consulting Group, and English teacher at Chifeng Minorities College.
