Ashley Kim is a highly experienced professional in the product development field, with a strong background in the beauty and cosmetics industry. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.

Ashley's career has seen her in various significant roles, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development at Beautycounter. Prior to her current position, she held the Manager of Product Development role at Beautycounter as well. Before her tenure at Beautycounter, Ashley was the Senior Manager overseeing Product Development and Innovation for skincare products at Paris Presents Incorporated, as well as managing Color Product Development at Too Faced Cosmetics and being a Senior Manager of Product Development at COSMETIC DESIGN GROUP.
