Ashley Hildred

Ashley Hildred is an accomplished professional with a background in Social Service Administration, Education Policy, and Psychology.

She holds a Master's degree in Social Service Administration and Education Policy from The University of Chicago - School of Social Service Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Montana State University-Bozeman.

Ashley has held various roles in different organizations throughout her career, including School Social Worker at San Francisco Unified School District, Director of Social Work Services at Noble Network of Charter Schools, Leadership in Community Schools Fellow & School Social Work Intern at KIPP Ascend Charter School, and more.

She has also served as a University of Chicago Summer Human Rights Fellow, Preschool & GED Instructor at St. Martin De Porres Women’s Shelter, Social Work Intern & Truancy Intervention Counselor at Gage Park High School, and Title 1 Schools Service Learning Coordinator & AmeriCorps VISTA at San Francisco Unified School District.

Additionally, Ashley has experience working as a Skiing/Climbing Instructor at The Yellowstone Club and Outdoor Education & Ropes Course Instructor for School-Based Programs at Boston University Outdoor Education Center.
