Roger Harrison
Roger Harrison is an experienced Organizational Development consultant with over six decades of experience in the field. His expertise lies in team development, designing self-managed learning processes, facilitating organization startup, and understanding and developing organization culture. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and has been an Adjunct Professor at Saybrook University. Harrison has also been the Director of Professional Development at the NTL Institute and a Personnel Researcher & Internal Consultant at Proctor & Gamble. His current focus is on coaching and mentoring of executives and consultants. Harrison is widely known for his work on bringing love into the workplace and is a co-founder and Trainer of Trainers at Situation Management Systems, Inc. He has also been an Independent Organization Development Consultant in the Netherlands. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and also studied at Pepperdine MSOD.
